Built by people who've lived the group chat chaos
Party Time started the way most good ideas do — out of frustration. One of us was planning a 24-person bachelor party and realized every tool out there was built for corporate offsites, not for rallying your crew to a lake house. The other had spent years as the person in every friend group who somehow ends up coordinating flights, lodging, and restaurant reservations for a dozen people with different budgets and schedules. We both knew the pain. We figured we couldn't be the only ones.
Our backgrounds are in tech — building products, scaling sales orgs at fast-growing companies — and in the kind of meticulous event coordination that turns a good trip into a great one. We've maximized group travel across time zones, wrangled spreadsheets that should never have existed, and sent more “hey, did you book your flight yet?” texts than we care to admit.
We built Party Time because no one should need a spreadsheet, three group chats, and a project management degree to plan a weekend with friends. The crew responds via text or email. The organizer gets a real dashboard. And everyone actually shows up on the same page — literally.
